Add discoverable training with the Learning Library

In October, we launched the Learning Library! Part of the Learning Center, the Learning Library lets Ethena admins add optional training modules and resources for learners to explore. Modules in the Learning Library are not directly assigned to learners for completion by a specific deadline; instead, learners can explore them on their own.

TL;DR: The Learning Library is an easy way to make training materials, policies, and other helpful resources available to review on an as-needed basis.

Ethena integrates with Vanta for automated tracking

Ethena’s Vanta integration allows admins to integrate both Ethena’s training records and system access records with Vanta. This allows customers to automate tracking to show whether tests are passing or failing for the company’s specified Vanta frameworks. 

With this integration, companies can seamlessly prove compliance without the manual effort of collecting data from multiple sources.

  • Simplifies compliance: Automatically track training and system access tests to meeting frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. 

Global, toll-free phone line launched as hotline and case management add-on

A secure phone line option became available as an add-on to our employee hotline and case manager in November. The phone line supports 150+ languages with trained agents who are available 24/7, 365.

Manager Insights notifications update

Manager Insights notifications help your managers stay on top of their teams’ training completion, reminding them to check in with learners about their progress. These notifications are sent to the manager’s email/Slack/Zoom Chat (see what they look like here).

Admins have always been able to control how often these notifications on outstanding training are sent to managers. But now, they can now configure these notifications to be sent to managers before the deadline.

In Q4, we added four new training courses to our modular training library. Check them out below!

  • AI in the Workplace: Employees are using Generative AI in their work more and more – both overtly and covertly. This course covers the ethical, responsible use of AI in the workplace, helping teams maximize the value they get from AI while minimizing its potential negative impacts. Get a sneak peek.
  • Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Awareness: Modern slavery, also known as human trafficking or forced labor, is a critical issue in air travel, hospitality, and across supply chains. Ethena’s Human Trafficking Prevention Training course explains what human trafficking is, how to identify and report it, and covers relevant laws, including as the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act.   • UDAAP: Focused on consumer financial products and services, our UDAAP training is 15 minutes long, covers the fundamentals of the Dodd-Frank Act, the key components of Unfair, Deceptive, and Abusive Acts & Practices, and provides a checklist for learners on what need to know about how to avoid UDAAP violations in their work.
  • Harassment Prevention for Manufacturing & Retail: In the retail industry, approximately 1 in 2 women and 1 in 4 men reported being sexually harassed at work. Similarly, in manufacturing, women are more likely to experience harassment than those in women-dominated or even gender-equal sectors. This tailored course includes scenarios and harassment prevention tips specific to these industries.
